Advanced Open Water Course With Weekend Away
Your Advanced PADI Open Water Course will help you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water and enjoy your diving even more. The Premium at Forster option includes Fri and Sat night accommodation, four boat dives, a local shore dive, air fills Sat night for Sun, in-water divemaster, and light breakfast Sat & Sun mornings.
Our PADI Adventures in Diving program includes Navigation, Wreck Diver, Deep Diver, Boat Diver and Under Water Naturalists. This will significantly improve your skills and increase your diving options.
This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your experienced Dive Instructor. And have lots of fun while improving your diving skills! This is what your PADI Advanced Open Water Course is designed to do.
Note: under PADI standards, as well as basic dive equipment, you are required to carry a safety sausage and knife during these dives. If you do not have your own you can purchase these from us when you pick up your rental gear for the trip.
Before Booking the Dive Course
Before signing up for the course, all prospective divers must read the Medical Statement and ensure they meet the medical requirements. This is a crucial step to confirm you are fit to safely participate in scuba diving activities. If the questionnaire identifies the need for a professional medical review, you must visit a qualified doctor and receive clearance confirming you are "Fit to Dive."
The medical clearance is essential to rule out any health concerns that could impact your safety underwater. Once cleared, you can begin the PADI eLearning program, which provides the knowledge development portion of your diving certification course.
The PADI eLearning program consists of eight to ten hours of online learning that you can complete at your own pace. After finishing the knowledge development portion, you’ll move on to the practical training section.
