Course Details
- Duration: One day of exciting pool-based training plus 3–4 hours of eLearning.
- Prerequisites: Open to anyone aged 10 and up who can swim at least 50 meters unaided, tread water for five minutes, and is in good health.
- No Prior Experience Needed: Accessible for complete beginners—no freediving or snorkelling required!
